Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (also called individual psychotherapy) is a one-to-one therapeutic process between a therapist and a client. It focuses on the individual’s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and personal experiences to help them understand their difficulties and develop healthier coping strategies. It is commonly used for conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, personality disorders, and other emotional or behavioral problems. The goals include symptom reduction, improved emotional well-being, enhanced coping skills, and personal growth.
